  • VERY SOW SERVICE AND MEALS MESSED UP



    We eat out as a family every Friday . One of the grand kids choose Friendlys Lebanon, Pa. location #1237. The restaurant was steady but not overly busy. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and ot of the 10 meals 5 were messed up, so we had to wait another 15 minutes for that to be corrected. [Half the family was done eating by that time] Then we ordered dessert that took 45 minutes to get to us. When I asked the waitress about the time she very sarcasticly said she only takes orders she doesn;t prepare the food or ice cream. I assume she had other complaints and was tired of hearing...
